Felix Rasehorn
Lecturer, MA Major Industrial Design
Felix Rasehorn earned his Master’s degree from Weißensee Academy of Art Berlin, where he co-founded WINT alongside with Robin Hoske. After finalizing the MA in Interaction Design at Weißensee, Felix continued to pursue a practice-based PhD at TU Berlin. His Design research is based on close collaboration with natural scientists, exploring tessellated structures in conjunction with parametric modeling and their potentials for architecture and design.
Robin Hoske and Felix Rasehorn lead WINT, a Berlin-based design lab focused on Design research in the context of sustainable, and biology-inspired design strategies informed by science. WINT collaborates with global brands like IKEA and Adidas, specializing in sustainable materials, bio-based production, and circular design for future proof products. Recognized internationally, the studio received the 2023 German Eco-Design and Maison&Objet Newcomer Award.
